What You Need Is A True Professional For Your Interest.

Texas Prime Roofing will assist you in ensuring that all pennies you are entitled to under the terms and conditions of your homeowner’s policy are protected. We assist Houston homeowners who need assistance with roof insurance claims. We do this in a reasonable, lawful, and cautious manner. Please contact Roofing Contractors Insurance Claims if you believe your roof has been damaged by hail, wind, or other storm damage.

It is  similar to going to court without a lawyer to make a Roof insurance claim on your own.

You do not  understand the rules, you do not know the right questions to ask, and the insurance provider will take advantage of you.

Worse case scenario the insurance adjuster’s “courtroom” frequently serves as judge and jury. If you do not understand how the mechanism works, you have few choices. If you say something like, “claim rejected” or “this is the small amount due to you.” This is a difficult and perplexing operation, and you should seek assistance.

Roofing Contractors Insurance Claims.

Your insurance policy covers Roof Insurance claims and considers hail, wind, rain, and snow storm destruction to be a loss. In most cases, the insurance provider will cover the premiums for the cost of replacing the damaged roof. Insurance claims do not count against you and usually do not raise the premium for your insurance policy due to the nature of the weather injury.

Roofing Contractors Insurance Claims

The weather-damaged roofing has been reported to Roofing Contractors Insurance Claims. We will repair or rebuild your home as well as any other damaged objects such as gutters. If you need us to explain more, we will meet with your insurance provider. Texas Prime Roofing will ensure you do not dispute your allegation or consent to a settlement that does not cover the cost of restoring your home to its pre-storm state. Except for the deductible, nothing else can be charged in advance. We recover the balance from your insurance company.

Questions About Roofing Contractors Insurance Claims.

It is  unsettling to see the devastation of your house. There are several issues that you have not addressed. Here are a few questions that a Texas Prime Roofing often asks to bring everything into view.

  • My roof has not faded, but I assume it has been damaged by hail. How certain am I?
  • The bulk of the hail that fell on your house during the storm was most likely too small to cause serious damage. Although some of the hailstones were irregular, they were strong enough to damage your house. It could take months before it begins to leak. A state-licensed Houston residential roofer can inspect your roof and determine if you need to file an insurance claim.
  • Why did my insurance provider refuse to depreciate my roof?
  • The Roof Insurance Policy covers the entire repair cost of your roof. The company may make a few payments in installments. The first verification is the roof’s actual value (AV). Your roof now pays this price based on its remaining useful life expectancy. The depreciation is included in the substitute (RV) benefit that you receive after the roof has been replaced or fixed to fulfill the summary report of the insurance change.

We do not cover, waive, or absorb your deductible. Here is why:

Customers also inquire whether we can cancel their deductibles regularly. We understand why they ask. It was previously completely legal and common practice! Previously, homeowners had received a lump-sum payment from their insurance provider. It was the responsibility of the householder to do repairs to the house. Insurance claims are handled differently nowadays. The vast majority of homeowners have RCV clauses, which divide their total claim payment into several checks. A contractor must bill an insurance provider directly to collect the full payment.

This is where Texas Prime Roofing chooses not to compromise our ethics.

A homeowner’s policy is a deal between the homeowner and the insurance provider. The homeowner pays a premium in return for insurance against catastrophic loss. If the insurance provider fails to perform, the homeowner will seek legal redress for breach of contract. Likewise, if you fail to fulfill your commitments, your insurance company is legally covered (i.e. you and your contractor provide false information so that the homeowner can save money on the deductible).

In exchange for erecting a sign in the yard, a roofing contractor would sometimes cut a check to the homeowner and refer to it as “advertising.” Since the IRS requires a statement of any transactions over $600, it would logically necessitate the issuance of a Form-1099 to the householder. The money will then have to be taxed by the landlord.

Most notably, insurers use a program to calculate the exact sum of maintenance costs for their customers’ properties. The software calculates the materials and labour required for the repair, as well as the price based on your current market area (including the number of nails!). When a roofing company refuses to pay the deductible, they use inferior materials and cut corners to make up for losses!!!
